Cobblers Cove is a 40-suite boutique hotel on the west coast just south of Speightstown, and one of a handful of properties on the island carried in the Michelin Guide. It is built around a restored English-colonial great house with gardens and beachside cottages, and the suites are split between upper-circle, oceanfront and two exclusive top-floor rooms named Colleton and Camelot. The restaurant, also called Camelot, sits directly above the sand, and the property includes the Sea Moon Spa, a pool, and complimentary water sports. The atmosphere is quiet and service-led — notably different in feel from the larger resorts further down the coast.
