The Consumer Protection Division (Ministry of Commerce and Business Development) accepts complaints about unfair business practices, defective products and price gouging in Barbados. The service is free and available to any consumer. It works alongside the Fair Trading Commission and can mediate between shoppers and retailers before disputes escalate to court.
