The Office of the Ombudsman on the 2nd Floor of Trident House, Bridgetown, investigates complaints against government ministries, departments and statutory bodies. If a public office has treated you unfairly, delayed your matter or acted outside its powers, the Ombudsman can inquire and make recommendations. The service is free and independent.
