Lifeline Barbados

24/7 Crisis Helpline · Free

Lifeline Barbados is the country's free 24-hour national mental-health helpline. Call 246-536-4500 (or 988 domestically) any time of day or night for anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, substance abuse or just someone to talk to. Every call is confidential, every operator is trained, and there is no referral needed. Strength is making the call. Men die by suicide at much higher rates than women across the Caribbean — picking up the phone is the beginning of turning that around.
