FriiGuys started as a food truck — billed as Barbados' first gourmet fries truck — and has since grown to multiple locations across the island, including The Walk at Welches in St. Thomas and a branch at Worthing. The menu is built around hand-cut fries loaded with calamari, BBQ wings, shrimp, boneless chicken or steak, dressed with house-made sauces including a popular chipotle. Service is quick-counter style and the kitchen runs from late morning to late evening, with plenty of younger customers stopping in after work or before a night out.
