Nishi sits on the second floor of a building on Second Street in Holetown, a short walk from the beach, and has been one of the longer-running Asian-leaning kitchens on the west coast. The menu runs across sushi and sashimi, Thai curries, stir-fries and Japanese-Caribbean fusion plates, with a small covered terrace and a more formal indoor dining room. Opening hours run into the evening, and the bar is a useful pre- or post-dinner stop along the Holetown strip. It is a reliable mid-range option in an area where most dining skews either very casual or very expensive.
