A tour of the Mount Gay Visitor Centre at Brandons, just west of Bridgetown — the home of the world's oldest commercial rum brand, with a deed of sale dating to 1703. The 1.5-hour experience walks through the blending, ageing, and bottling process, covers the history of Barbadian rum, and ends with a guided tasting of signature expressions including Eclipse, Black Barrel, and XO, plus a signature cocktail.
