The Friday night fish fry at Oistins Bay Gardens is the most authentic Barbadian night out you can have — fishermen's stalls grill flying fish, marlin, and lobster to order, Banks beer flows, and a DJ and live music bring Bajans and visitors onto the concrete dance floor till late. This guided experience includes hotel pickup and drop-off, a plate of fresh fish and sides, a rum punch, and a local guide to point you toward the best stalls (Pat's and Uncle George's are the long-standing favourites). Fridays from around 6pm.
