Sweetfield Manor is a restored early 20th-century colonial merchant house in the Upper Garrison UNESCO area, just outside Bridgetown, run as a small boutique hotel and event venue. The property was originally the home of the founders of Cockspur Rum, and retains its coral-stone walls, pine interiors and original carriage house alongside a pool and tropical gardens. Rooms are individually styled in period detail, and the manor hosts yoga, day retreats and small weddings. It is central — the Garrison, the south coast and Bridgetown are all within a few minutes — while still feeling set-apart.
