Rating: 4.9 / 5

The Barbados Surf Pro is a World Surf League Qualifying Series event staged at the famed Soup Bowl reef break in Bathsheba on the Atlantic east coast. Top international surfers compete for ranking points in powerful, hollow Atlantic swells while a strong Bajan contingent takes on the home advantage. Free for spectators, the event transforms the small fishing village into a buzzing surf town for the week, with food vendors, music and a friendly grassroots atmosphere. A must-see for surf fans visiting the island in the autumn swell season.
