The Barbados Food & Rum Festival is one of the Caribbean's flagship culinary events, produced by Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc. Across four days the festival brings together top international celebrity chefs, leading Bajan cooks and the island's world-class rum masters for signature dinners, beach parties, masterclasses, rum pairings and tasting villages at venues across the south and west coasts. With Barbados being the birthplace of rum, the event leans heavily into Mount Gay, Foursquare, St. Nicholas Abbey and other local distilleries alongside contemporary Caribbean cuisine.
