Agrofest is Barbados' biggest agricultural exhibition, organised by the Barbados Agricultural Society and traditionally staged in late February at Queen's Park in Bridgetown. Across three days the festival showcases livestock, local produce, agro-processing, aquaculture and horticulture, with a large marketplace of farm-to-table food stalls, live demonstrations, equipment displays, kids' educational zones and cultural entertainment. It is a family day out with a serious purpose, celebrating and promoting the island's farmers and its push toward greater food security.
