Barbados BJJ is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy with training locations in Oistins and Holetown, covering both the south and west coasts. Classes run for adults and kids across all levels, from absolute beginners through to competitive coloured belts, with a curriculum covering fundamentals, positional sparring and live rolling. The academy has produced athletes who compete regionally and internationally. Drop-ins from travelling grapplers are welcomed, and beginner no-gi and gi classes are a good entry point for anyone new to the sport.
