Boho Beautiful is one of the largest dedicated wellness studios in Barbados, based in Hastings House on the south coast at Balmoral Gap. The airy, light-filled space hosts a full timetable of yoga and Pilates classes across levels and styles, including pre- and post-natal sessions, children's classes, sound healing journeys and energy-work workshops. Drop-ins, class packs and memberships are all available, with visiting teachers and retreats appearing on the calendar throughout the year. It is a favourite among residents, long-stay visitors and Welcome Stamp holders.
