CrossFit IslandFit is a dedicated CrossFit affiliate based at Websters Industrial Park in Wildey, St. Michael. Coaches program daily WODs covering strength, gymnastics and metcon work, with classes scaled so that beginners and experienced athletes train side by side. The community is tight-knit and competitive, regularly fielding teams in regional CrossFit throwdowns. Drop-ins from travelling CrossFitters are welcome with a small day-pass fee, and on-ramp courses are available for newcomers wanting to learn the main lifts and movements safely.
