Foursquare Rum Distillery in St. Philip is one of the world's most respected rum producers, set on the grounds of a restored 17th-century sugar plantation and run by the Seale family. Visitors can tour the working distillery and museum to see how molasses becomes everything from the Doorly's range to Foursquare's celebrated Exceptional Cask Selection, then taste the results in the on-site shop. The surrounding Heritage Park hosts local craft and food vendors, making this one of the best day trips on the south-east of the island.
