Hamilton's Pottery

Pottery Studio · St. Thomas

Rating: 4.5 / 5

Hamilton's Pottery at Sturges in St. Thomas is a small independent pottery studio producing handmade Bajan ceramics. The on-site workshop and shop offer hand-thrown mugs, plates, bowls and decorative pieces in styles rooted in Caribbean design, giving visitors a chance to meet the makers and take home a truly local piece. Being a smaller, quieter studio than its better-known neighbour Earthworks, it is a nice addition to any pottery-trail afternoon around the central parishes, often with the kiln or wheel in action.
